Entree
.................Ham and Broccoli Quiche - Broccoli, Swiss cheese and chopped ham combined 
                                     with egg and milk baked in a pie shell

                                  Spaghetti Torta with Parmesan Cheese Sauce - A blend of spaghetti, sausage,
                                     olives, peppers and mozarrella cheese topped with a creamy parmesan cheese
                                     and white  wine sauce

                                  Pasta Vladimere - pasta noodles, ham, tomatoes, onions and parsley gently
                                     blended with a pepper vodka, Tabasco and a cream sauce of Parmesan cheese
                                     (omit the ham for a vegetarian selection)

                                  Garden Vegetable Pie - a blend of broccoli, cauliflower, onions and green pepper 
                                     seasoned lightly with mixed herbs and cheddar cheese

                                  Ham and Swiss Cheese Rollups - ham and cheese gently rolled around broccoli 
                                     pieces topped with a creamy cheese sauce and slivered almonds

                                  Chicken Salad in Cheese Puffs - Chicken Salad delicately seasoned with white
                                     wine and (mild) Egyptian Onion served in a homemade cheese puff

                                  Assorted Tea Sandwiches - includes your choice of three sandwiches from the  
                                    afternoon tea menu

                                 
Quiche Supreme - Ham, Swiss and Monterey Jack cheeses combined with
                                     onion, green pepper and mushrooms

                                  Toasted Pecan Chicken Salad - chicken, pecans, celery and green pepper blended
                                     with a creamy yogurt dressing served on a bed of lettuce

                               
 
Fruited Chicken Rice Salad - cubed chicken mixed with rice, celery, almonds,

                                     event - perfect for birthdays, anniversary, showers or retirement parties 

                                 Chocolate Cherry Cake - A moist chocolate cake blended with cherries and frosted
                                    with a creamy chocolate icing

                                 Layered Lemon Delight, Carrot Cake or Italian Cream Cake may also be selected
                                 Orange Rosemary Cake - a moist yellow cake flavored with pecans, rosemary and
                                     mandarin oranges topped with a fluffy pineapple frosting

                                 Cherry Cream Crunch - a crunchy pretzel crust topped with a creamy vanilla filling
                                    and glazed with cherry pie filling

                                 Traditional English Scones - two varieties of fresh-from-the-oven scones served with
                                   cream and jelly

Choose one item from each category to make your menu selection. Warm buttery Roastmary® bread and fresh fruit of the season are also served with your meal.  Edible flowers will be incorporated into your menu as the growing season permits. 

Please provide your menu selection and final count one week before the event. Full payment for the final count is appreciated. Thank-you.  

$22.00 per person includes 6% tax and 15% gratuity
