                                  Pork Chops over Rice - boneless porkchop baked over French Onion Rice
                                  Chicken Tarragon - chicken breast seasoned with bay, parsley, thyme and tarragon
                                      served over rice with mushrooms

                                  Apricot Chicken - chicken breast topped with a blend of apricots, onions and
                                      Russian dressing served with rice pilaf

                                  Chicken Parmigiana - finely breaded chicken breast with green onion and parsley
                                       butter sauce over top.

                                  Chicken Supreme - chicken pieces in melted Swiss cheese, cream and wine sauce
                                        lightly topped with herb stuffing

                                  Carrot Cake - a moist, well seasoned carrot cake loaded with walnuts and 
                                       raisins frosted with a cream cheese frosting

Beverages...........Assorted Iced Teas are served with your appetizer or BYOB. Hot tea and coffee is 
                                        served with dessert

Choose one item from each group to make your menu selection. You may choose from the appetizer, salad and dessert categories on the other menus to complete your selections. All entrees include a serving of rice. Groups with 25 or more guests may choose a second appetizer and a second dessert. Please provide your final count one week prior to the event. Full payment for the final count given is expected.

$28.50 per person includes 6% tax and 15% gratuity
